Such an amazing place! The service by the staff was immaculate. Need waters to your room? They’ll be knocking on your door within 20 seconds to deliver them. This was an unplanned engagement trip for me and my girlfriend. We wanted to do photos last minute and the front desk arrange a boat and photographer that took incredible photos! The lobby bar is where we did night caps every night with friends and it was very homey, especially with the Christmas decorations. The restaurant was unreal! If you’re looking for a very basic rustic Italian meal, you won’t find it here. If you’re looking for a gastronomic experience, look no further!

The room was spectacular! Every detail in the room was selected carefully with having in mind the needs of the guest! The view was something else a location in one of the best spots in lake Como were you never get enough with the view being sun rise, sun set and night time were you can watch the stars!
We have enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, their attentiveness and care! This trip was by far one of my most enjoyable trips ever! Highly recommend the hotel!
Our stay at Musa was a delightful experience from start to finish. Ideal for romantic getaways, memorable celebrations, or any significant occasion, this place is a gem. The breathtaking lake views, coupled with an exceptional team dedicated to ensuring a wonderful stay, and the exquisite culinary options, especially the must-try burger, made our visit special. The in-room breakfast was a highlight. Our heartfelt thanks for such a memorable stay!
Stunning views, rooms were great, staff all fantastic. Breakfast was great, describe as high end food. Restaurant was good in evening, however was quite pricey. Pool was cold which was a shame and I didn't use gym facilities due to circumstances. Nice walks to do from hotel and pier for ferry a few metres away.
Great service, courteous staff, love the vodka martini! Would have given you a full 10 marks if it's not because the rear of my car was scratched when parked at your premises. I only discovered that after we had left. Now I'm going to have to explain to the rental car company and hopefully I won't be asked for the repair charges.

Musa is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The staff (hotel, bar, spa) are professional, knowledgeable, and made our time in Lake Como even more memorable! Amazing cocktail list, and exquisite dining at the hotel restaurant. Talk to the concierge for a private boat tour or other recommendations to maximize your time there!
The hotel was impeccable. From facilities to restaurant, to food, to service and all the little details. Luxury but not overdone and had just the right amount of personal touch. The stuff was super attentive and went the extra step to make sure our stay was extra special.
